This is the 'prove you can do it' month...

Jan 4 - start walking again (also 7th and 8th)

Jan 7 - Jan 15: Sore Throat.  Means I can't push too hard, get up too early (need rest), etc.

Jan 8 - created brendonsfitness.com for the (debatable) benefit of the world

Jan 9 - first serious weight training session

Jan 9 - RESULTS: 227 pounds

Jan 10 - no soreness at all.  workout wasn't hard enough?

Jan 11 - yep, now I can feel the soreness. they call it DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness).  nobody really knows why it takes a day or two to start.  but they all agree, don't exercise those muscles until the pain goes away, which may be up to 7 days.

Jan 13 - sick day.  visit doctor.  high blood pressure.

Jan 13 - RESULTS: 226 pounds.

Jan 15 - muscle soreness (triceps) is almost gone, so I planning to do another hard workout tomorrow.

Jan 16 - RESULTS: 224 pounds.

Jan 16 - second hard workout - pretty much the same as Jan 9

Jan 17 - normal walk.

Jan 18 - hard workout

Jan 19 - normal walk.

Jan 20 - harder workout

Jan 22 - normal walk, 23 min.

Jan 23 - RESULTS: 222 pounds.

Jan 23 - hard workout

Jan 24 - long walk, 38 min.
