Dec 7 - first walk
Dec 8 - sore shins!!
Dec 9 - walk again (and walk every 2 days til Dec 19)
~Dec 14: Results - I feel great. And I can't believe my biceps look bigger! I feel like I am on steroids or something! I think that L-Lysine really helps...
Dec 20 - Jan 3 : vacation (shovel snow, went to gym 3 times. each time at the gym, did 50 minutes of treadmill, 10-15 minutes of rowing machine, and variety of weights. never got sore afterwards.)
