Here is my morning...
- Measure resting heart rate, while in bed (some days)
- Sit in a chair, and take blood pressure (some days)
- Stand up, use body fat analyzer (some days)
- Glass of water
- Go for a 1.5 to 3 mile walk (some days)
- Raisin Bran, with Metamucil powder on top, and 1% Milk (calcium, etc.)
- Banana (potassium ~450mg, etc.)
- Half a glass of real orange juice (calcium, potassium, etc.)
- Multi-vitamin, Calcium (with magnesium and vitamin D), Fish Oil softgel, Flaxseed oil softgel, etc.
Total calories: probably about 600
