While I am at work....
- Drink water ALL THE TIME
- Morning snack (optional)
- Lunch: chicken breast & brown rice, or tuna sandwich, or....
- Afternoon snacks
- Mini-Workout in my office (stretches, body work, dumbells) - optional
- Workout in the gym (some days)
- Protein shake after workout
Snacks consist of...
- Baby carrots
- Peas
- Sliced cucumbers
- Apples
- Strawberries
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Walnuts
- Almonds
If I drink a diet coke with lunch or work meals, I drink half and pour out the rest, then switch back to water.
