DRINKS:
Orange Juice (half glass)
Light Beer
Mixed Drinks with Diet Pop

MEAT: (protein)
Chicken Breast
Tuna

CARBS: (with fiber)
Brown Rice
Whole Wheat Bread/Buns
Whole Wheat Pita Bread?

FRUIT:
Bananas - potassium, etc.
Avocado (in Guac) - fat
Apples - fiber
Strawberries - C, K, ellargic acid

VEGGIES:
Baby Carrots - fiber

NUTS:
Walnuts
Pumpkin Seeds
Peanuts
Almonds

Beef...
Instead of excluding red meats, choose leaner cuts of beef and pork. For beef, choose eye of round, top round roast, top sirloin and flank; for pork, choose tenderloin and loin chops.

Sirloin, Tenderloin, Top Round.

Red meat is a good source of protein, vitamin B12, niacin, zinc and iron.

Eye of Round, Choice/Select.
